Shiny Object Guru

I have a long time shiny object guru that thought he was compliant. He was in fact doing a booming business until waa waa waa…he got a Fed Ex package from the FTC with 31 pages talking about his non-compliancy.

Do you really want to keep holding your breath as you come up with new ad copy – hoping everything is compliant.

It appears Facebook (Meta), Google and other social media platforms are the least of your worries.

This is only a recommendation from me as I have no affiliation currently with Anik Singal.

And I stand firmly behind learning what and what not to say in ad copy.

If that too is of your mindset, you might want to take a look:

Don’t Say that!
